Please read the following updates and guidelines regarding office changes during the coronavirus outbreak:
First, we are open and available. We do ask that you call first, for any reason. If you need forms completed, we ask that you upload them to your patient portal. We will complete them and return them through the portal. We ask that you not come to the office for paperwork.
At this time, we are limiting the number of children we see in the office. As much as possible, we will see well visits and newborn hospital follow-ups in the morning. We are asking that those who have ADHD, asthma, or behavioral health follow-ups sign up for our Telemedicine service.
All sick visits will first be triaged by phone. If we feel your child needs to be seen, an appointment will be made, and your child may be examined outside the office, in your vehicle. Alternatively, we may feel your child can be seen using our Telemedicine service. Our goal is to keep you out of the urgent cares and emergency rooms.
Telemedicine visits will be available throughout the day, you can either call to schedule or get online when the timing is right for you. ALL children with fever, cough, runny nose, sore throat, or shortness of breath will be scheduled via telemedicine. We will NOT see these children in the office without prior evaluation via telemedicine.
When using our Telemedicine service, you WILL see Dr. Warner, not some strange provider from somewhere else in the country. (more…)
